We have drafted hundreds of employee handbooks for companies and provided sexual harassment prevention training to many managers at companies. We have also defended many companies in discrimination matters and wrongful discharge matters both before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and in state and federal court. Our attorneys provide on-going counseling to our clients when they are faced with allegations of discrimination or harassment in their workplaces and assist them in investigating the allegations and handling the employees involved.
